Sometimes leaders need to rock the boat

When leaders are fearful of “rocking the boat”, a toxic culture can be inadvertently created. Ironically, avoiding tough conversations can be just as toxic to as the changes needing to be addressed. Talking tough issues head on, can go a long way to building a positive culture.
